Size 7.5 UGGS Leather/Sheepskin Tie-Up Boots

Mid-calf tie-up boots by UGG Australia. Tag indicates US size four. I am a size 8 and they are slightly tight at the toe. A 7-7 1/5 US shoe size is appropriate. The OUTER sole of the shoe measures 10.5 inches, and the sheepskin layer is thick. The size from heel to top is 11.5”. My foot measures slightly over 9” and the shoes run tight on my second toe, which is longer than the big toe on me.
