Size 8 Bella Blue sheath dress with matching sheer over top

Size 8 Bella Blue long print sheath dress has handkerchief bottom. 100% polyester. Hand wash or dry clean. Dress is black with blue and purple swirl print. Dress is pullover style with a knit underdress and sheer chiffon tiers. Dress and over top have beads and sequins. U- neckline. Sleeveless. Dress is about 48” from shoulder to lowest part of hem. Straps are about 1 3/8” wide. Back length of sheer over top is 23”, the sides are about 33” long. Still has tags. The dress is form fitting.
