Size 8 (?) Vintage Wool Pendleton Skirt

No size tag but, according to waist measurement, it seems it may fit an approx size 8 best. See measurements for waist and length in the last 2 pictures. Skirt has 2 flaws that I see. A small snag on the front near the waist and-area and a small hole in the back of the skirt (see picture of me pointing to it).
