Size 8 belted pencil dress runs slim blue hues

Runs slim like a jr size frame or very lender build ladies. 8's are usually too lg for me - this has some spandex which is great for the generally restrictive pencil dress/skirt. It's fabulous in contrasting hues of blues on top a white background- great for spring/summer and year round sunny states!
