I did yoga years ago and it did seem to calm down and also help out my body this is before I got ravaged with all this auto immune disease garbage 3 1/2 almost 4 years ago now so thank you very much never did I think this would be my life is such an avid top athlete my whole life I can tell you my dear it has been nothing but sheer hell and I am not getting good quality care here in Las Vegas thank you so much again for taking the time to write me

@naturalmuscles no worries, i know what it's like. I was an active fitness teacher teaching 18 classes/day when I got lyme disease and bedridden for months. my kids were asking santa clause to make me better and then they didn't believe in santa since I couldn't eat a cookie anymore. Please try to watch your inflammatory foods. Things like sugar, gluten, are the worse for inflammation. just cut those out and see if you get a little better. sending super healing powers your way.🙏🌈✨

@gogotan3 My dear yes I am still able to work out some of those photos in certain listings are actually recent LOL I’m in pain when I do it especially with that severe arthritis in my knee I have arthritis of a 75-year-old in my right knee and I’m far from 75 and honey my diet is so clean I don’t eat sugar refined foods or anything like that my diet is crystal clean and it does me no help whatsoever the lupus is literally killing me plus I have Sjogren’s and mixed connective tissue disease

@gogotan3 A lot of things that are gluten-free some art I don’t touch sugar eat a lot of plant-based stuff but I am not vegan or vegetarian eyehole too much muscle that I need protein of certain sources to be vegan even though there are a lot of vegan figure competitors I did figure not bodybuilding which is much smaller not all full of steroids so it’s a more attractive look thank you so much for your compliment means a lot

@gogotan3 i’m not that familiar with Lyme disease although I do know we can be very harmful I’ll have to look that up or if you can explain to me exactly what that is oh how sweet of your kids asking Santa Claus to make you better that is so darling I had a homeopathic doctor they try to take out a bunch of foods to help me and it didn’t work 😢

@gogotan3 I took out all dairy egg whites Cayson way all of it and for someone like me that’s a really big deal did that for a year it didn’t make any difference I wake up with swollen hands every day if I showed you pictures you’d be horrified
