Size M navy/ floral dress

So fun! Navy on top with quarter inch straps and 3 buttons. Ties in the back (under the chest) with a gorgeous floral bottom. I love this dress! It hits me a little above mid thigh so I threw jeggings with it and it worked perfect! I ALWAYS got compliments on it!
