Size Medium (?) Evelyn Red and White Peasant Top

White peasant top with red floral ruffled trim at the neck, at the bodice, and has slits on both sides. It has a tie, front or back. By Evelyn, no size tag, please refer to measurements. Measures 19" armpit to armpit, 26" shoulder to hem. I'm pretty sure that this is cotton. No material or laundry tag.
