Size S Apt 9 3/4 sleeve dress

It's a dark teal in person. Had it for a few years; used as an office dress during the winter. I haven't worn it in probably 2 years though. No signs of wear. The sleeves are ruched to make them stay up. I think they're supposed to hit around the elbow. The dress itself is super soft and borderline fluffy. It'll keep you super warm in the colder months. Also, there's pockets. Decently sized ones too. It's great.
