Size S Converse One Star navy eyelet sleeveless tunic with adjustable empire waist and three buttons at the bust.  V neck.  Care instructions have been removed but appears to be cotton or cotton blend and has gone through the wash, air dried, and steamed many times. Measurements laid flat: 27" from center back to hem ~19" across chest (somewhat adjustable with waist tied; fit a 34" bust with room to spare) ~17" maximum across waist
