Size S purple with white polka dot dress

This is a size S purple high-low dress with white polka dots all over it. It has a cross over style in the front with a V neckline. The sleeves are a ruffled cap sleeve. The bottom of the dress is also created to be more ruffled and flowing. It has a tie to really showcase the waist. Made mostly of rayon with some spandex. Machine washable but hang dry.
