Size Small (?) HUG V-neck Dress

A small? Please refer to the measurements. Cute black floral v-neck and v-back gsuzy dress with elasticized black lace st the sides and back. The bodice is also elasticized, front and rear. I'm pretty sure that it's an xsmall or a small. Sewn in lining. Measures 16" armpit to armpit, 32" shoulder to hem. 100% rayon. Dry clean only.
