Size Small / cream floral adorable tank top / tunic length, valentines romantic

I measured this tank because I wasn’t sure if it was a tank or a dress! Lol! It measures 20 inches from the under arm, and 14. see images. This tank has a vintage floral print. It’s so beautiful!! Would look so pretty with leggings and a kimono!! Size Small brand is Rosette by Be Cool. Is used and has been worn but is in great condition and does have a very pretty vintage look to it.
