Size XL Blue New Direction Dress - Work/Career

Reposhing this item I purchased from @brit0110. Loved it, but wasn't a good fit for me. Additional notes: soft and stretchy, comfortable, the color is a little brighter than it shows up in the photos, there are loops on the sides for a belt but it doesn't come with one.
