Size Zero, Lavender Party Dress

Never worn 26-27” in length but can be worn very short since it scrunches and gathers. Zipper on side goes halfway down bodice. Liner clings to body allowing ruched (rouched?)fabric to hide bumps or curves feeling not too clingy!
