Size medium NWT oversized tunic/dress

This is from Betsey’s Boutique NWT size med gray and white tunic/dress with cute ties on the sleeves! This top/dress is oversized, I’m a size 6-8 and 5’5”, and it comes just above my knees, and very loose through the body, I’d say it would fit sizes 8-10, or size 6 could wear , it would just be oversized. Looks cute belted with some flats or gladiator sandals
