Size medium light turquoise blue cocktail dress

Dress is beaded on top and at waist with AB stones and pearls. Skirt is flared with netting underneath. Zips up back and then hooks at neck. One small spot noticed on skirt but covered by fullness. Did not attempt to get it out. Worn once to pageant.
