Size small Gilly Hicks smocked sleeveless minidress

smocked mini dress from Gilly Hicks. size small. gingham sash that can be tied around the waist white color. 24 inches in length. about 10 inches armpit from armpit (very stretchy). very cute but I've just never had a chance to wear it. tag inside is stamped "irregular" and there is a tiny stain on the front (pictured)
