Size small beaded ball gown prom/formal dress

BNWT size small Beaded v-neck bodice, long sleeved formal ball gown This dress is absolutely gorgeous. However, I am on the shorter side and it is wayyyy too long for me. This would best fit a tall, slender gal or would need to be hemmed. Please see all pictures for size chart and additional details. The skirt will likely arrived wrinkled to some degree due to the material and needing to place it in a box for shipping. Just looking to get back what I paid for it, open to reasonable offers
