Size small floral pattern dress

Brand new never worn dress. Gave me Emily in Paris vibes, but didn’t like the fit on me. Size small true to size. Base color is a greyish color with the floral patterns. Has beautiful lace details on neckline. Functional buttons on front neckline. Also has see through detail along waist line. The bottom is beautiful skirts with 2/3 layers with hanging details. No stretch. Great material. Fully cover on back with zipper. Still has tags and extra button. Would wish for someone to take this dress home, make me an offer, willing to negotiate.
