Size small sequin trim on off shoulders dress

This dress is a size small.it has lots of stretch to it.I've never worn it, but the sequins have a bit of wear from being in the bag but it isn't noticeable. The measurements are 35 1/2 inches from the center if the strap to the hem, the waist is 34-38 around, the bust is about 36.The color was hard to capture, it is not purple it is blue.
