Skater dress

This is a striped skater dress with a blue detail on the bottom hem. The skirt flairs out and is long enough for me (who is 5'6-7"). The back has a cute cut out, and if you wear a regular bra with it, it won't show the back strap because it's high enough up. The waist would fit someone Small-Medium. And it is a sort of stretchy material, so the cup size can vary. I'm pretty sure this dress is from Charlotte Russe, but I'm not sure!
