Skater/Fit ‘N Flare Mini Dress

New custom Obsidian Siren (UK) Carmilla dress in medium/heavy weight black jersey fabric (unsure of blend as her site doesn’t say) with some stretch. Measurements are bust up to 43”, 32” waist and 42” hip but the skirt is really free size. Fit ‘n flare/skater style with a 2 inch drop hem in the back. Top is very adjustable (see tie top hem). Never worn or washed. Very pretty, flattering and well-made dress.
