Skies Are Blue Chambray Dress

This dress is a re-posh. I love it so much, but it doesn't fit. 😩 The fabric has no stretch. I typically wear a size 4, and this dress wouldn't even zip. I'm 5'6 and it was also very short on me. This dress would be perfect for someone more petite! Small flaw on backside piping.
