“Skies Are Blue” Dress

Pretty Shift style, halter style neckline Dress. Blue size M. Front, shoe lace style detail. Key hole back. Fully lined. Pull over slip on. Ptp 18 1/2”. Length 34 1/2”. I’m 5’4” comes right above the knee. Not too short. Wear with heels for a night out or little white sneakers and a white jean jacket for cocktails on the water. Simple and easy styling. Always dry cleaned. Says to hand wash but I would put in laundry bag and machine wash. Excellent condition.
