Skies Are Blue Puffed Sleeve Square Neck Tropical Print Dress in Red, Large

This lightweight red dress by Skies Are Blue has a colorful tropical leaf/floral design. It has a square neckline, smocked back above the waist, and puffed sleeves. The dress has been worn once and is in very good condition, however there are a couple of minor imperfections (shown in photos). One is under the arm which can be easily fixed and is hidden by the puffed sleeves volume and length. The other is just a couple of thread that can be snipped off.
