Navy blue floral v-neck blouse by Skies Are Blue. Flower colors are bright pink, peachy pink, burgundy, and white with bi-color green leaves. Material is super lightweight and silky, but not shiny. Neckline is layered in the front; the top layer is the navy blue floral material and the bottom layer is a slightly more sheer solid navy blue material with a ridged edge. The neckline is also v-shaped on the back. Very good pre-owned condition. No rips, or stains. The ridges along the inner layer of the neckline are slightly uneven in spots and there is one tiny hole under the left armpit. Please see photos for full item condition.
