Skies are Blue Pattern dress size 8

LOVE this dress. It accentuates the waist and has a flowy skirt. I like how different the design is and the soft velvet like material at the neck line and back. It is barely worn since I’m always working and have gained weight 🙄 Feel free to comment if you have any questions ~ 🌸 This gem definitely needs a new home that’d appreciate it’s uniqueness.
