Skies are blue patterned dress S/M

Lined dress by Skies are blue. Size S but could fit a M. Really fun blue pattern. Button front. Dress up or down. Loose fit or easily belted (belt not included). One brown stain near the hem - I know it’s there but I always have to search hard to find it since it blends into the pattern. Otherwise great condition.
