@fatimak123 that string with the brown thing at the end is is usually made of cardboard and the rope shown in the photo with your had is what SKIMS uses as a tag. Maybe you wore it with this on it and then just did not wash it? The brown part at the end of this rope is thick cardboard and would have welted or dissolved. The rope….you could cut or pull it tight enough where it would come off. Just fyi…
