I got these pants from South Street in Philadelphia. Special occasion sort of pants with wet/shiny look. Might as well be latex but the fabric is in fact 80% polyester. Wear them for a significant other or a dope New Year’s Eve outfit (which is what I did).

macaly38 What are the measurements across the waist laying flat and the inseam?

bhbtholcomb @macaly38 with the pants lying flat on the floor, the width from one side of the waist to the other is 15”. From bottom of crotch to ankle is 33”. I myself am a 28*30 and still fit in them.
