Skingraft by Jonny Cota long sleeve white dress with tie front

Long sleeve white dress with tie front neckline, wide button cuffs, empire waist line, and line, a-line silhouette skirt. Good used condition. There's two small stains along the hem in back which I was able to wash out a bit but not fully remove so I sewed over them, making the flaw nearly invisible except from up close. Measures about 33" shoulder to hem, 17" pit to pit, 13" across the waist. Missing care tag but the fabric feels like slightly crisp cotton. Questions &/ offers welcome! (lowballs ignored)
