@victoriadolan The inseam is 25 inches but stretch to 27. The rods are actually pliable supports rods.

There are 2 supports or bands in each leg. I am 5 ft 7 and the small fit perfectly. I will post another picture for you.
There is also stirrups to run your foot through to make them stay put. I love mine.
