@jennbradfield Cut all portions in half, exercised 30 min a day 6 days a week- just work outs on u-tube- fresh fruit as a snack apple, clementine, grapes 12, or berries. Was slow but lost 30 lbs.

@thedafaye Will send waist measurement when I get home- away for long weekend: These pants are mid rise standard size W22 and very stretchy. I wear a W18 now. These pants were barely worn and are very stretchy. You should bundle your likes for a 15% discount and only one mailing fee.
