Skinny ripped jeans

Jegging style so it’s stretchy. I’m a size 0/2 and 25” and it fits me. I think it’s a mid high waisted rise, cuz I don’t remember it being low waisted. It is also “regular” length but I usually get the “short” length in jeans and this seemed to fit me well, I’m 5’2. Only flaw I’m aware of is the rip on the brown American eagle embroidered tag thing on the back of the jeans but I’d honestly never notice it and always worn it like that
