goodeyedesign The skirt can fit different waist sizes due to the two interior ties. Laying flat I measured 28", but you could add small elastic rows along sides or back to make smaller if needed. It can go larger if you don't use both ties that create interesting pleats. Very cool skirt and very comfortable fabric.
