@cvalleylady I’m pretty sure this was sold awhile back. I’m not sure why it hasn’t been marked as sold. I’ll keep looking and check through my sales to see for sure if it was sold. Sorry for the confusion.

@cvalleylady Found it! It was put in wrong closet after someone had asked something about the measurements.
The waist is 15 inches across when laying flat so a circumference of 30 inches but it has stretch also. I will try to add picture of label here but if I have troubles will post it where skirt is listed. It really is a lovely skirt and in great shape as it has never been worn.
