This purple velvet skirt is from a boutique in London,England. This deep purple(pictures don’t do it justice) skirt has a scalloped eyelet bottom. Is has button closure and back elastic in the waist. It’s the type of skirt that can go anywhere from casual to dressy. The waist is 26” and 17” length. (UK size 6-8)
