Gorgeous Embroidered Latin America Style design skirt. Fit Small - Large! Length from waist down is 36” Skirt is 35” of fabric to wrap around and 28” of cord on each end to tie! I’m a 27” waist small and loved the way it fit but I’d say it would fit comfortably up to a 32” waist to give that overlap of privacy if needed. Bought on Caribbean vacation
