Skirt

Acquired from fashion student who made this skirt. It’s a very interesting and sturdy material that moves well. The pleats hang nicely. It zips with two snaps. It has a well sewn under slip with blue ruffle as pictured in photos. It has no tags but it’s about a 2-3 size I’d say. Looks best sitting on the hips. The waist band and middle panel could be reworked, imo, or another snap to tighten waist. It’s an unusual and fabulous skirt in texture and color, and can be part of a costume which is how I used it.
