Skirt Black With Embossing and Red Glittery Effect

Made by Amy Byer California. Girls size 12-14. 100% polyester. Hand wash. Fully lined with sold black fabric. Outer layer is black and embossed with what feels like Velvet and it has a red glittery effect. Jagged hem that is 22" in shortest spots and 24" in longest areas. Thin elastic waistband.
