jeldrett Do you know who made this skirt or what the fabric is? Is there a tag with info? Could you give us a measurement of waist and length?

partinparcel @jeldrett Hi. The skirt is by the brand Fourteenth Place and is 100% Polyester and made in Cambodia. I have added a photo of the tag to the listing. The skirt is 39" long and the elastic waist stretches from 18"-23" across (side to side) - there is also a drawstring. Let me know if you have additional questions. Thanks!
