Skirt Vintage White Wool Blend 24.5" Waist

Beautiful vintage white wool blend skirt with panels to make the bottom full, from the 70's or early 80's Size: 7 in vintage sizes, 24.5" waist, please see measurements Approx. measurements while flat- Waist: 12.25" Hips: about 21" depending where I measure Length: 31" Dry clean only A few stains shown in last 2 pictures. The rest of the skirt is evenly white/cream, shadows from the room make it look discolored.
