The flat measurement is is 13 inches or 26 inches around on the skirt. It stretches out to a 21 1/2. Or approximately 43 inches around. The hip are approximately 34 inches or 68 inches around. The length on the longest part of skirt is approximately 38 inches. The shorter part measures about 34 inches. The blouse buttons up the front and has laces in the back that are adjustable. Pit to pit is 23 inches or approximately 46 inches around. The length from the shoulders down is approximately 23 inches. It is new with tags.
