The measurement on the waist is 13 inches or 26 inches around, plus it’s stretchy. The hips are 34 inches or 68 inches around. The length on longest part of skirt is approximately 38 inches. The short part measurement is approximately 34 inches. This gorgeous blouse has a lacy sleeve and an adjustable ties in the back. Buttons up the front. Pit to pit is 23 or 46 inches around.
