Skirt and or tube top dress

This is a duo styled dress/ skirt. it has a wider waistband that enables it to also become a tub top long dress. I've used both styles ways. I've outgrown it with weight gain and it's got such beautiful colors and pattern design to the material. this was a pennys line long ago The lenght falls 37/ 38 inches . can be shortened ,easily. no rips or stains. color is of blue turquoise and black and white.
