Skirt with or without necklace

Skirt $75 / neck $25 or both $90....Made by private designer by hand.. exquisite skirt size 10 with flower design and 3" waist band with pink border on top & salmon on bottom of band. Flowers are outlined and highlighted with gorgeous sparkly sequins. Hidden side zipper. Necklace is pink and bone with faux diamonds. Necklace has a 10" drop. Both skirt and necklace together for $135 or by skirt separate for $100 and necklace for $50. No label hand made. 3" waist band 40" length 16.5" waist
