Sequins are lightly attached so the skirt can stretch..none missing...if there were hard to know..they are a whisper of sparkle randomly placed.this is a stretchy tube with 2 layers (equally great with jeans jacket or velvet top)
measures waist 17" side to side 25 1/2" waist to bottom.
Once again great piece worn few times
I will bundle it
