Skort romper Size Large

I never wore this. It was a gift. it's very soft, flowing, and cute but it a little big for me. The sleeves are gathered at the wrist which creates a flounce sleeve situation. there is also an opening in the back that makes this romper fit many sizes. top to bottom it is 37 inches, but if you want it shorter you simply gather the top above the tie waist belt. As a 5'4" person, this hits just a couple inches above my knee when worn pinched at the waist. This would be so cute for transitions from summer to fall or spring to summer where you could wear sandals, boots, Jean jackets or blazers.
