Skyler + Madison Floral Wrap with Ties Crop Drop Shoulder Pleated 3/4 Sleeve Top

Super cute floral V-neck top with pleated sleeves. It wraps around with ties so you can have the V neck and waist tightness to your own liking. Semi crop hits at waist but not too short, silky material. Size small. Only worn a couple of times. Says dry clean but I washed in cold and hung dry with no problems.
