Slate blue/grey prom dress

Slate blue/grey dress with sequin details from Windsor. Perfect for prom or a formal event. My mom hand sewed a piece of fabric at the chest area for modesty but that can be easily removed. You can see where the stitches are on the inside of the dress, or you can keep it if you don’t like a deeper neckline as well. Features a tie back with a zip close and clasp. Unsure of the size bc it doesn’t seem to have a size tag inside but the measurements are: waist = 25 inches hips = 38 inches chest = adjustable I would say this is a size small or 4-6
